Hi, I'm Olja Aleksic, a philologist, author, Leader-Ship mentor, and founder of the Sapfo Groove Initiative. My mission is to invent alternative approaches to leadership mastery, inspired by the jazz innovator Layle Mayse, who famously said, "To offer the world a better alternative is the purest form of protest." As a misfit and a rebel, I was driven to protest against the broken promise of the global leadership training industry, which is worth $370B, and failed to deliver on the promise of enabling the Leaders of the Future. My unconventional approach draws heavily on my love for immersive magical worlds described in books, expressed through music, and explained in mythology. These elements are woven into a unique approach that welcomes avant-garde thinkers who find no excitement in traditional leadership narratives and have no role models among typical leadership avatars.
