The Future is always invented in the Now. And true Leader-Ship is always invented in uncharted territory.  The territory that first exists only in the visionary’s mind, like the whisper of the restless soul, takes the shape of an unattainable thought and comes into the form of an invisible possibility.  This is precisely the territory in which most progressive, Avant-garde brands do their best work.  They hear the calling of the wilderness, they feel the rush of adrenaline, and they know that there are causes worth risking for.  The Avant-garde brands are not built by taking the typical path, not only by their conscious choice but also because they are literally incapable of following it.  This is why the typical circumstances, restrained by a typical Leader-ship setup and approach, do not drive their brilliance in the longer run.  It becomes a ride or die situation. The danger that comes from the lack of intellectual, emotional, and mental stimuli means the slow death by mediocrity, boredom, disappointment, resentment, frustration, and purposelessness.  Therefore, Avant-garde brands require a very unique Leader-Ship approach. Leader-Ship beyond the oldest debate. It is irrelevant if great leadership is an innate ability or a learned one - because it implies assessment according to past or existing standards!  Which defeats its whole purpose and contradicts the very meaning of the word itself.  Leader-ship of the Avant-garde brands is always about inventing the alternative, the Ahead of Time standard! Which, in its core, is nothing else but Leader-ship for Innovation.

The extensive experience teaches us that leadership challenges are almost identical all over the world. But the way they could be solved is unique in more ways than we could even imagine. It is a game of chess. There are more combinations than stars in our galaxy that influence decision-making process. Some combinations have the power to make or break the progress. We use offline gamification as the most effective way to uncover the most significant factors that impact progress.  #reallifescenarios

2. Think-Tank

Our thought-provoking questions actually don't sound like ones at all. It is because we don't obsess with the perfect, breakthrough type, question and we even do not demand direct responses to them. Our laser shape focus is on the actual experience.  We never play the role of some external monitoring body. Instead, we rather participate in an open debate fully engaged and the breakthrough insights come naturally from the after-session reflection. 3. Fluid Flow

We don't focus on assessing, analyzing, or searching for infamous areas of improvement. There is an entire industry that is making a lot of money based on obsession to judge if the most important aspect of any business - the human aspect - is, in fact, good enough.  This is not the game we are in for,  we are here to make things happen no matter the challenges - while building relationships that make sense to everyone. A fluid process allows us to find the most effective ways to achieve some amazing things together. Sometimes that means that we must cancel all the Zoom sessions and go fully asynchronous.
