The line of the runway is a statement, it means something. It is an opportunity to visually communicate complex ideas. That is what we do with our idea of leadership. Our runway will be a tangible and visible space, as well as an aesthetic immersive experience to represent our alternative to the existing leadership training industry.

The Art Exhibition
Typically, an art exhibition is a place in which ART is presented to be viewed by an audience. Art generally consists of tangible objects such as paintings, sculptures, installations, and drawings. Art exhibitions have also been known to present ideas, statements or metaphors. In our case, ART is our purpose and what we stand for. And our exhibition, which will follow up the Runway show, is a visible representation of it.
LEADERSHIP FOR INNOVATION IS A DIFFERENT GAME
The Show Concept
Immersive element: We rely on abstract and free movements, models' body and facial expressions, dimmed lighting and harmonized sounds that highlight the narrative.
The Art Pieces: The pieces that will be uniquely designed by brilliant Danijela Jonovic, founder of the award-winning brand Katriel @katriel_accessories for this runway - target an existing issue related to leadership and thus will be a visual representation of what we stand for and what we believe in. This is our way of paying tribute to our atypical leadership role models.
